Hotel Dreisonnen - Serfaus

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to various outdoor activities. We especially appreciated the convenience of having a ski pass vendor right on site, making it effortless to hit the slopes.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the village, with shops, bike rentals, and cable car access just a few steps away. the rooms are tidy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities like emergency sets and illuminated closets. the breakfast is diverse and delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile.

The spa and wellness area could use some improvement in terms of facilities and services.

Perfect location for skiing, with great access to ski slopes and rental shops. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff was very friendly, always willing to help with any request.

The room was a bit smaller than expected and the view was not very impressive. The spa area was not very big and quite crowded during peak times.

The ski resort nearby is fantastic and offered a great variety of slopes for all levels of skiers. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. the location made it easy to access everything in the village on foot.

The room was a bit cramped and the heating system was noisy at times. the towels provided were a bit worn and could use an upgrade.
